SOLID CONTAINER HUB was founded in 2014 by James Harrington, a shipping industry veteran with a vision to make high-quality containers accessible to businesses of all sizes. What started as a small depot in Houston, Texas has grown into a nationwide network serving over 1,200 clients across the country.

2014

SOLID CONTAINER HUB Founded

James Harrington opens our first depot in Houston, TX with a fleet of 50 containers and a team of four.

2016

Dallas Location Opens

Growing demand in North Texas leads us to open our second full-service location in Dallas.

2018

Modification Division Launched

We launch our in-house container modification service, allowing customers to customize containers for offices, retail, and more.

2020

East & West Coast Expansion

New locations open in Atlanta and Los Angeles, giving us coast-to-coast coverage for the first time.

2022

1,000 Customers Milestone

We celebrate serving our 1,000th customer and expand financing options to make containers more accessible.

Miami & Chicago Open
